Poke Bowl In-a-Jar

What's better than a poke bowl you ask? A poke bowl in-a-jar! Prepare this delish dish in less than 10 minutes and store for up to FIVE days before indulging. Filled with ingredients that emulate a sushi roll, this grab-and-go poke bowl in-a-jar will become your new go-to lunch.

 

Ingredients:

  • Pre-cooked shrimp 

  • Prepared Sushi rice

  • Red cabbage

  • Green onion

  • Soy sauce (and any other additional sauces you choose)

  • Seaweed salad

  • Sesame seeds

  • Matchstick carrots

  • Cucumber

Directions:

​

  1. Place your soy sauce and any other flavor-filled sauces of your choosing at the bottom of the mason jar.

  2. Follow with a mixture of cucumber, carrots, red cabbage, and green onion, and seaweed salad.

  3. Finish off the poke bowl in-a-jar with a layer of rice and sesame seeds sprinkled on top.

  4. Place in the fridge for up to 5 days until you are ready to enjoy. Pour the poke bowl in-a-jar into a bowl or eat directly out of the jar!
