What's better than a poke bowl you ask? A poke bowl in-a-jar! Prepare this delish dish in less than 10 minutes and store for up to FIVE days before indulging. Filled with ingredients that emulate a sushi roll, this grab-and-go poke bowl in-a-jar will become your new go-to lunch.
Ingredients:

Prepared Sushi rice

Red cabbage

Green onion

Soy sauce (and any other additional sauces you choose)

Directions:

Place your soy sauce and any other flavor-filled sauces of your choosing at the bottom of the mason jar.
