Blueberry & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Prepare your oat mixture the night before, assemble in the morning, and indulge by breakfast. This no sugar-added meal is perfect for those who are trying to eat healthy, but still have a bit of breakfast fun!

 

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 Small Container of Vanilla, Coconut, or Blueberry Yogurt (your choice!)

  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Blueberries

  • 2 Tablespoons Blueberry Jam

  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

Directions:

  1. Begin by mixing together yogurt and almond milk in a bowl, stir until creamy texture is reached. In the same bowl, add rolled oats, chia seeds, and blueberries. Place in fridge and keep it in for 3-12 hours.

  2. Fill your Country Classics mason jars halfway full with the oat mixture. Add a table spoon of peanut butter on top of this, then a tablespoon of blueberry jam. Distribute the remainder of the oat mixture into the two mason jars.

  3. Place in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy!
